I just found this "compilation, and beeing a Metallica fan, thought it was both funny and awesome. He does use the word "YEAH!" alot, along with his signature "OOOOHH!". Comedian (and friend of Hetfield) Jim Bruer has even poked fun at his over-usage of the words, and James himself has admitted to it.
So check this out, if not for the "lyrics", then so for the work put in the editing, awesome job!
