Soran Ismail!
Soran Ismail is a swedish/kurdish(Swurdish?Kwerdish?) comedian.
Beeing only twentyfive years old, he has swept the nation by storm the last few years.
Starting out with standup at the age of 19, he went on to appear on the air in radio show "Eru Edgy", before having his big breakthrough in comedy show "Parlamentet" on TV4. He also toured with several other comedians.
He later went on to create the podcast "Till Slut Kommer Någon Att Skratta"(TSKNAS), doing a solo tour (Soran Ismails Underbara Resa), and appearing in various tv-shows, more tours and some vloging.
What makes Mr.Ismail so awesome is his talent for finding the little things, the details. Being something of a political comedian, he is not afraid of speaking his mind and have an opinion, in everything from cartoons to immigration, and at the same time be funny and on the mark. He has everything I enjoy in standup: politics, substance, variety and punctuality, his timing is superb.
But it is not only what he does on stage that makes him awesome, he is equally amazing off-stage, for example in his work against discrimination and racism.
Simply put an awesome man.
